芒果班戟
材料:低筋粉---80g
蛋黄粉---10g
蛋---1粒
牛奶---250g
糖粉---20g
溶牛油---10g
做法:1)低筋粉和蛋黄粉过筛。
2)蛋,牛奶,糖粉和溶牛油拌匀,
3)加入粉拌匀后过滤,
4)平底锅用纸巾抹上少许油,煎面皮到有些鼓起就行。
