肉松
煮汤剩下的肉骨不浪费,锤散了炒成肉松。
材料:肉块--300g
糖--30g
酱青--10g
鱼露--10g
麻油--15g
做法:1)肉尽量压散成丝状。
2)拌入调味料拌匀,
3)用小火炒至干和脆。
